Polaris

Last week, the famous and iconic rotating restaurant of the Hyatt Regency, Polaris, has reopened. It was closed for two years due to the pandemic, but is now back open and ready to serve delicious meals, making a full rotation every 45 minutes. Polaris will also continue to use local produce and ingredients in its dishes. The menu features meats, cheeses, and produce from 70 area farms and food purveyors.
