Dough Boys

Dough Boys is a recently opened wood-fired Neapolitan pizza truck in East Austin. You can find it in Arbor Food Park. Their pizza dough is made with a hearty locally-sourced flour and it is fermented for 36 hours to get a puffy, chewy, and tangy crust. Their short menu of 12-inch pizzas includes the Green-Go, with garlic cream, smoked mozzarella, spicy pork sausage, a green sauce, and the Italian Vato, with red sauce, salami, and hatch green chiles. They also have a dessert “pizza” with caramelized espresso glaze and a Fernet-infused mascarpone.
