High Noon

High Noon is a recently opened bar on Cesar Chavez (and Chicon). This retro, psychedelic Western bar, serves house cocktails like mezcal negronis and watermelon margaritas. They also serve local draft beers, wine, and champagne. They also offer a few cocktails to-go, including frozen margaritas and a beet paloma.
