Sant’olina

Sant’olina is a new rooftop restaurant that offers Mediterranean food and spectacular views of Los Angeles. It is located on top of The Beverly Hilton, at 9876 Wilshire Blvd. Their patio is set up like a country club cabana, covered in floral blue tablecloths and floor-to-ceiling windows. On the menu you can find dishes like charred eggplant, beet muhammara, phyllo-baked halloumi, and farro grain bowls.
