Guevara’s is a new vegan café and specialty foods store recently opened in Brooklyn. Behind it are the same people that are behind Mekelburg’s. Here you will find some of the best meatless sandwiches in the city. Try their delicious Cuban torta, which comes stacked high with avocado, red cabbage, tomato, jalapeno, and a crunchy slab of eggplant milanese.
