Chikitsa Yoga Therapeutics are opening their new yoga studio and for that event they are hosting a grand opening celebration. The event starts with a 60 minute grounding slow flow class with yoga teacher and yoga therapist in training, Katie Leasor. Ayurveda helps your body to stay in balance and relaxed. At the event there will be offered a traditional detox meal to all visitors. The space will be limited to 10 persons.
