Courage Bagels

Courage Bagels recently opened in LA! The restaurant is located in a historically Central American neighborhood so it is not so surprising that they have menus in both English and Spanish. Their bagels are slightly smaller, thinner, and sweeter than the New York-style bagel. Their toppings include thick, hand-sliced smoked salmon paired with cream cheese, cucumbers, dill, pepper, heirloom tomatoes, and drizzles of olive oil.
