There's a new restaurant called Kaz The Soba Place on Sawtelle. It specializes in the Japanese buckwheat noodles. They serve both hot and cold versions of the dish, like “The Osaka,” which comes with sweet and tender sukiyaki beef, served with an original hot soup stock, as well as “The Tokyo”.
