Yess Aquatic

Yess Aquatic is an amazing Japanese food truck in the Arts District specializing in local seafood. This new spot is run by chef Junya Yamasaki. The best thing is that the food is fresh from the ocean. So you can get everything from salty and sweet box crab in a grapefruit salad and incredible ridgeback prawn banh mis to… Nashville-style hot shark sandwiches.

At Yess you can also get more common fish, like whitefish or rockfish (depending on the day), sautéed simply and served with a bouillabaisse-style curry.

Interesting fact - the Yess team is going to open a full-blown restaurant and wine bar in the Arts District later this year.
