Heartland

There's a new hot spot in Little Haiti! Heartland is an outdoor restaurant and music venue. You can find a couple dozen tables spread out underneath a massive tree in a big empty lot. Almost every seat is facing the stage, where there’s usually a band jamming out. While you enjoy the music and the view, you can order a bottle of wine, a rib-eye, roasted eggplant, or lamb chops.

The atmosphere is great, and it's a wonderful place to bring a date or a couple of friends who are down to drink some wine and listen to a saxophone.
