Costco Wholesale is going to open a new location in Queens Creek, Arizona. The 160,000-square-foot warehouse is now being under construction on the northwest corner of Ellsworth and Queens Creek Roads. This new shopping center will have about 300,000 square feet of retail space. The grand opening will be this October.
