STRIDE

Running studio STRIDE is planing on opening its new location in Carmel Mountain Plaza, San Diego, CA. STRIDE offers high-intensity interval training to customers (of all ages) and combines weight and core training into certain routines. The concept is designed to be customizable, with monthly fitness routines that are sent from the corporate office to trainers at each studio who tailor them for students.
