Store opening of Portillo's in The Colony
Portillo's will be opening its first restaurant in the Lone Star State in late 2022. This fast-casual restaurant will open its new location in The Colony, Texas as a part of Warren Buffet's 400-acre Grandscape complex. The Texas location will feature their classic garage-style themed interior, but also including a vintage Toyota vehicle and a mural that pays homage to their new home in Texas.
