Échale!

There's a new weekend-only pop-up in town! Échale! is a collaboration between chef Sean Yontz and the Silver Lake wine shop, Vinovore. They are operating out of Linus Bike’s patio showroom in Venice, serving braised oxtails with potato mulitas, hand-cut pastrami tortas, tacos made with 24-hour chile colorado lamb belly, and Rancho Gordo refried beans flavored with duck fat, aged cheddar, and chicharrón.
