Barre3

Barre3 are celebrating their opening of their special fitness studio and for that are organizing some events such as free workouts to show all visitors the different workouts that they will be offering. The difference from other studios is that Barre3 is a full-body mindful workout. The trainers will show you sustained holds, muscle-burning micro movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. They wish to improve the well-being of the whole body - inside and out.
