Gozen Japanese Sake Bistro

There is a new kaiseki restaurant in West Hollywood, CA! Gozen Japanese Bistro and Sake Bar opened on March 31st, at 521 N La Cienega Blvd. They serve three special prix-fixe menus, ranging from $80-$240. Their most premium set (the Yume course) comes with smoked duck, assorted sashimi, steamed egg custard, Wagyu katsu sandwiches, and more.

For this restaurant, fish is flown in daily from Japan, so there’s never a set menu, but you know that you are going to be eating some of the freshest fish currently being served in West Hollywood.
